If you follow me on instagram (@hi_lizziep), you may have seen this picture with a caption about unleashing my inner Taylor Swift with a red lip - I've been wearing this Tay-Tay lip look quite often recently, as I have found the most easy to pull off, long wearing red lip colour on the high street.
Ooh a routine? Yep - my winter nighttime//pre-bed routine! I tend to start off with a bath in order to just unwind and get a bit warmer! I wash my hair every other night with the Toni and Guy Normal range, wash my body with The Body Shop Olive Shower Gel and then in my bath, I use the Radox Original Bubble Bath to make many a bubble!
As you well know by now, I am a busy busy bee during the entire week, meaning that fitting in time to have a full meal in the evening is a struggle, so I tend to whip up something quick and easy that will give me energy, keep me fuller longer but is also not full of nasties. Therefore, I'm going to share a few of these recipes with y'all, starting with my ever so easy Pesto Pasta.
Everyday makeup: it's an understatement to say this post has been a long time coming. However, I change up my everyday makeup look so often that it's been tricky to find a look to stick with - really, I should have titled this post 'Go To Makeup Look' because this is just the simple look I gravitate towards when I'm in a rush or have no idea what to wear on my face.
Thought it was about time I shared with you my soft skin secret during the cold months: Lush Ro's Argan. The thick consistency of this body conditioner, which I apply all over my body after shaving, really locks in moisture and leaves skin smooth and hydrated.
Leopard and teal = new favourite combo! This flowy, 50s dress is so cute for a dinner date for a dressier look, however I put mine with flats so it wasn't too smart, though you could do whatever you wanted.
My favourite outfit of the four - I love the way a short black skirt looks with tights and little booties, and this scarf just compliments the striped, slightly cropped shirt - such a comfy look too.
Next in my little outfits series is a simple, casual outfit for a cinema date, or a lunch date. The black jeans make it look a bit smarter, and the lace on the cropped jumper stops it from looking too cropped but also makes the look a bit sexier.
I thought that this year I'd show you 4 different outfit ideas for different Valentine's Day plans - this first one is for a concert date or even just a dinner if you wanted, or if you were going out with your girls to a party. I love the glitzy dress idea - so chic when paired with all black.
Okay second and last gift guide today - this one is for the males in your life. I'm not male so these are just some ideas of what I would buy for my boyfriend for Valentine's Day.
Today's serving is the first of two Valentine's Day Gift Guides: one for her and one for him. Today's 'for her' gives date ideas and presents so gear up guys and gals; this Valentine's day shouldn't be one she forgets.
Hello and welcome to the first favourites post of 2015! I hope your 2015 got off to a good start and your January was as happy as mine was. I have quite a few bits that I've loved during January that I cannot wait to share with you; onto the favourites!
