New Year's Resolutions for 2015

Tonight we'll count down 5...4...3...2... Happy New Year! I'll be celebrating at home with my parents and a glass of fizz, wearing my husky onesie and watching the fireworks on the TV, but I'll also be remembering 5 resolutions I'm making for 2015.

My First Time TAG

I've seen this tag floating about the interwebs for quite a while now so I thought I'd put mine out there too - some questions aren't really applicable to me as a 15 year-old so I've left them out. Here goes...

What I Received for Christmas 2014!

Hello my loves! I hope you all had amazing Christmases and are now having a restful break after the hustle and bustle of the past few days. Today I'm sharing my Christmas presents with you - I was thoroughly spoilt by my family this year, but I'm not trying to show off at all in this post, just as I enjoy being a bit nosey and seeing what others got, I thought you might like to have a nosey in my gifts.

Merry Christmas!

Hello all,

Just a short letter from me today to wish you and your families a very Merry Christmas - I'll see you soon for a new post!

Love, Elizabeth x

Tattoos...

I'm 15 - in three years I can get a tattoo... but what are the pros and cons of getting one, and what would it be?

ASOS Rose Gold Watch

I was lucky enough to receive this beautiful rose gold watch from ASOS for my birthday this year, and it's love at first wear. The strap is a good quality and the rose gold hardware is also very shiny and hard wearing.

However, what I like most is that it does actually go with everything - no kidding, rose gold looks good with silver or gold jewellery.

I'd definitely encourage you to buy watches from ASOS as they're such good watches for such an affordable price!

Where is your go-to place to buy watches?
Love, E X

Unspoken Rules of the Theatre

I'm a theatre nut, as are my grandparents, and henceforth we attend theatre productions quite regularly at the West End. And, with attending so many shows, you get to know the unpoken 'rules' of going to the theatre, and it was only when I went to see Wicked (for the fourth time *cough*) with my school group that I noticed these 'laws'. So I've spoken the unspoken... sorry theatre Gods:

Christmas Gift Guide 2014

Ah Christmas... the most stressful time of the year! I jest, however for most of us finding the perfect present is a huge stress and expense, so I have prepared a last-minute guide for all you folk who have left buying until a week before the Big Day - yes, it's female orientated (all items linked at the end).

Party Clutch Bag Essentials

I do love a good Christmas party - it's all the fun of a party, but with a festive element (and the music is so much more predictable). But what I love best about parties it the prep beforehand - planning your outfit, getting your hair done, doing your makeup... then you're there and your face begins to melt off. So what do you do to prevent this?

GCSE Science Live!

Yep, this was meant to be a beauty blog... oh well!

About a week ago (ehhh! *does the dance*) I attended the GCSE Science Live lectures with about 25 other girls from my school at the Dominion Theatre at Tottenham Court Road. And they were really good. So I thought I'd tell you about them.

Is Laura Mercier Foundation Primer Worth the Hype?

When I received this is a beauty box from Latest in Beauty, I was so excited - I've heard so many bloggers rave about the Laura Mercier primers that I knew I would have caved and bought it myself eventually, but now I had this travel-size to try, would I like it?

November Favourites 2014

November has been and gone, and now the countdown to Christmas begins! Yesterday I put up my tree and wore my old-but-awesome Christmas jumper for the first time this year! But looking back on November, what did I love using?

Birthday Haul 2014

Apologies for my MIAness recently - I've had a lot on my plate at school and in my life so I prioritised that, however now I'm back with a birthday haul! Now, usual disclaimer, I'm not trying to brag, but I like to share what I got in case anyone wants any Christmas ideas. Onto the gifts!

10 Things I've Learnt This Year

2014 has perhaps been the best year of my life so far - so much change has happened, good and bad, but overall I've made some amazing new friends and have done so many awesome things that I hope to remember for the rest of my life.

Places to shop in London

As I mention in every post I can, I'm a Londoner. Therefore I know shopping in London. Well. So I decided to share my favourite shopping destinations where you can spend £ or ££££! Included are generic, well-known venues but also some less well-known ones too - enjoy!

Rambly Thank-Yous

Today I have some thank-yous to say, to some very special people in my life who have made the past few weeks a bit easier.

Muji Haul

I had a bit of a slip up during a 5 minute break in Covent Garden by which I accidently took a wrong turning whilst distracted on the phone and ended up opposite Muji. Of course I went in, and due to my complete lack of self control and stationery addiction, bought a few items.

When I'm Running Late...

I love sleep. So I'm late. Often. So I have a set 10 minute getting ready routine and I thought I'd share it with you.

10 Things to DO/EAT/STAY: Santorini

As I've mentioned quite a few times, I spent last week in Santorini travelling around the tiny island with my parents. The weather was beautiful for October/November and I was so sad to leave. However, holidays do give great blog content (in my opinion) and I thought I'd give you another '10 things' post similar to my Athens post.
